  • (Optional) Mercantile Registry (State/Country + Registration Number)

2) Corporate Email (to create accounts)

  • Corporate email (for CRM, Calendly, and associated tools). Example email: [email protected]

3) Funnels and Marketing Assets (all active funnels)

For each active funnel, share:

Goal: Map funnels and ensure the opt-in automatically updates the CRM.

4) Sales Team

  • Full names of the sales team + role.

  • Corporate emails for each person (if they exist; if not, indicate whether they can be created).

5) CRM (Close)

  • Access to the current CRM so we can export leads.

  • If you do NOT have Close with the previously provided email, we will create it and share the login credentials.

  • After creating the account, someone on the team must add the card to activate the Growth plan ($109/month).

We will migrate all leads into Close.

6) Calendly

  • Access to Calendly

  • If it already exists: share access

  • If it doesn’t exist: we create it with the corporate email, share the login credentials and then you add a card to activate the Teams plan.

7) Service Information and Processes (for all active offers)

For each active service/offer, share:

  • Brief description of the service and where it is hosted (platform)

  • Current onboarding flow (main steps)

  • Current cancellation/access removal flow (offboarding), if applicable

  • Access to the platform (e.g., Kajabi); we will use it to automate onboarding and offboarding.

circle-info

We will automate onboarding and offboarding for all offers.

8) Platform Access (as applicable)

  • Meta Business Manager: access for attribution and tracking of completed sales to optimize ad campaigns.

  • Contract tool (e.g., PandaDoc): access if you use contracts

  • ManyChat / Respond: access if you use these tools for setting

9) Website and DNS (subdomain for tracking)

  • Access or contact of whoever manages the website/hosting DNS, to create a subdomain and use more precise tracking links (with multiple UTMs) without losing link aesthetics.

circle-info

Many tools will be connected to our Zapier. If any account is sensitive (for example, Meta Business Manager, PandaDoc, etc.), we can do it in two ways: either we connect the account, or your team connects it by logging into our Zapier without sharing credentials with us.
