🇬🇧 After submitting the master form, how long does it take for the payment to be registered in the system? // Una vez enviado el master form, ¿cuánto tiempo tarda en registrarse el pago en el sistema? 🇪🇸

The payment will be reflected in 3-5 minutes; you can confirm it on your dashboard by going to the "Company" section and filtering by "All Payments", and if it doesn't appear, contact support instead of resubmitting the form.

🇬🇧 I made a mistake while entering the payment details on a Master Form that I already submitted. What is the procedure for correcting the information? // Cometí un error al ingresar los datos de un pago en el Masterform que ya envié. ¿Cuál es el procedimiento para corregir la información? 🇪🇸

To correct the error, please submit a support ticket through the Help Center. An administrator will then contact you to resolve the issue.
