Understanding the Help Center

The Help Center is where team members can submit support requests or report issues that require assistance from the internal support team. It serves as the central communication hub for all support needs, ensuring that every case is properly documented and followed up on.

Additionally, it’s where you can check the iDeal Ops Status, access the Payment Tool, and view your Client Library (the client’s folder, containing key information such as offers, payment links, and more).
