Grant Access to run Script
Here you will learn how to add more rows to Sheet Table or Dashboard
The iDealOps system works with custom-developed scripts that allow you to execute features easily. Whenever you use a feature—for example, Add New Rows—Google will prompt you to authorize the iDealOps script. This is completely normal, and you only need to grant this authorization once.
Before doing so, however, there are a couple of important things you need to know:
🚨 Important: What to Know Before Granting Script Access
Scripts are a fundamental part of the system if you want to use it at full capacity and with greater independence. To grant access to any script, you must first keep two things in mind:
You are logged in with the account that has dashboard access.
That account is set as the default account among all your Google accounts.
How do you know if you are correct?
Click on your profile picture in the top right corner, where you will see all the active sessions of your Google accounts.

Correct setup
You are logged in with the account that has access to the dashboard, and it is set as your default account. You can confirm this because none of the other accounts in your browser display the ‘Default’ label on the right.
Incorrect setup
You are logged in with the account that has access to the dashboard, but another account is set as the default, as shown in the image. If you proceed this way, the scripts will throw an error.
How to fix this?
The default account is always the first Google account you log into when the session is created. Because it was the first, it automatically becomes the default. To change this, you must sign out of all accounts that do not have dashboard access, remove those sessions completely, and then log in again with the Google account that has dashboard access. Don’t worry—you can add the other sessions back later if you need to; this step is only to ensure the important account is set as the default.
Here you got an example of how to log out of the accounts and set the correct account as ‘Default’:
Tip: An alternative is to use a dedicated Google Chrome profile with only the account that has dashboard access. This way, you avoid issues with multiple sessions and defaults.
Once you are correctly logged in with the dashboard account as the default, you can proceed with the process to grant script access, as seen below.
Example Process
When you attempt to execute an action supported by our scripts, the following message will appear:

Once this message appears, simply click OK to proceed to the next step.
Step 1 – Choose Your Google Account
Select the Google account that has access to the dashboard. This is essential; if you choose the wrong account, the feature will not work.

Step 2 – Grant Script Permissions
After selecting your account, a message will appear. To continue, click Advanced, as shown in the screenshot. This message appears because Google has not officially reviewed the script. This is normal for internal tools like ours and is nothing to worry about. Since the script is developed by our team, you can safely click Advanced and proceed.

Step 3 – Continue to the Script
Under the Advanced menu, select Go to Forms (Symbol) to continue the process.

Step 4 – Allow Required Permissions
You will be redirected to a page where you must select Allow for all requested permissions, then click Continue. This ensures the system functions as intended. Skipping this step may cause you to miss important features.

Final Step – You’re All Set
Once you have completed the steps above, the authorization process is complete, and you can fully enjoy all iDealOps features.
Thank you for following this process.
