Add more Rows to a Sheet
Here you will learn how to add more rows to Sheet Table or Dashboard
Understanding How to Add more Rows to a Sheet
After using the iDealOps system for a while, you may need to add more rows—either to continue entering data into your HelpCenter or to expand the dashboard for greater detail. Since Google’s native functionality doesn't fully meet the system’s requirements, we've developed a safe and reliable method for adding rows. To ensure you follow the correct process, we’ve prepared a tutorial that guides you through adding rows to the dashboards or sheets as needed.

How to use it like a Pro
First, click the top section where you see the option to add more rows. When you do, the system will prompt you to grant permissions to run scripts to proceed. If you're unsure how to grant these permissions or feel a bit confused, don’t worry—just refer to our tutorial for clear, step-by-step guidance:
Grant Access to run ScriptOnce you've granted the necessary permissions, click on “Add More Rows” again, then select “Add More Rows to a Sheet.”

Once you click on the “Add More Rows to a Sheet” option, a pop-up will appear. Click the dropdown menu and select the sheet you want to add more rows to.

Continuing with our tutorial, simply select the sheet and add rows. For this example, we’ll use the Calls_Sales Dashboard.
As you can see, when applying the All Bookings filter—which displays all booked sales calls—an error appears due to an insufficient number of rows. This is a perfect example of when additional rows are needed.

So, by choosing to add more rows to the Calls_Sales Dashboard and clicking Submit Changes, you’ll resolve the issue and ensure the data displays correctly.
It could take 3-5 minutes for the rows to be added ⚠️

Voila! The filter now works correctly because there’s enough space for the data to display as intended.

And that’s how easy it is to add more rows to a sheet. Thanks for reading!
