circle-exclamationNOT_Filled Errors

In this page you will how to properly fill input tables to avoid NOT_Filled Errors

NOT_Filled errors exist because itโ€™s critical to keep all input tables up to date. NOT_Filled (Overdue) means they arenโ€™t up to date (any error with a date other than today).

All errors from the input tables appear in the Help Centerโ€™s central error table.

An error is simply a row in your input table thatโ€™s incorrectly filled out or still pending completion. Either some data is missing, or thereโ€™s an inconsistency between fields (something was entered that doesnโ€™t match the real status and wasnโ€™t corrected).

โš ๏ธ Important Considerations

  • When thereโ€™s a pending error, youโ€™ll see a warning as soon as you enter the system. If you donโ€™t fix it, another alert will appear every 5 minutes, and so on until itโ€™s resolved.

  • Once you accumulate 8+ errors, the Master Form locks: you wonโ€™t be able to record payments, issue refunds, or generate invoices until you fix them and bring the counter down.

  • The functionality of "Add More Rows โž•", once you accumulate any errors, won't work for you; it is blocked until you resolve your errors. This means you won't be able to add more rows where you need it until everything is solved.

Itโ€™s essential to maintain a standard in everything we do; the system is there to help us uphold it.

How to Find Your Errors

  • By viewing the table, the central error list, in the Help Center. This table shows the number of errors per input table, not the exact row.

  • By going to the corresponding Dashboard for the input table referenced in the Help Center table and applying the NOT_Filled (Overdue) filter to pinpoint exactly which row is generating the error.

  • Once youโ€™ve pinpointed the errors, you can find them in your input table much more easily and correct them.

Quick steps (recommended):

  1. Open the Help Center and locate the error table.

  2. Identify the input table and the flagged record (remember: here you see the count, not the row).

  3. Go to the Dashboard for that input table, apply NOT_Filled (Overdue) to see the specific row, fix it in the Input Table, and save until NOT_Filled = โ€œGoodโ€.

Fixing 'Payments ๐Ÿค' Errors

The only error to fix in Payments is when you have overdue payments from last month that arenโ€™t verified.

Solution: once the payment is confirmed, select โ€œYesโ€ in Accounting_Check so NOT_Filled changes to โ€œGoodโ€; if the payment canโ€™t be confirmed, contact the Admin to delete it.

Fix 'Calls_sales ๐Ÿ’ธ' Errors

  • A row can be technically complete (all fields filled and consistent) and still be wrong. Here, the Status cell is red because itโ€™s marked โ€œFollow-up Bookedโ€ but no future call exists for this lead in Call_sales; that mismatch triggers a NOT_Filled error.

Solution: Schedule the follow-up call with the scheduling link we gave you for these cases, so the call appears in Calls_sales, or change the Status to the correct outcome. Only use โ€œFollow-up Bookedโ€ when a follow-up is actually scheduled.

  • A Demo call marked as โ€œNo Showโ€ shouldnโ€™t have any entry in the Objection field, since the call didnโ€™t happen and no objection could have arisen; thatโ€™s why that field shows an error.

Solution: clear the Objection cell in No Show cases.

  • In a call classified as a โ€œSales Call,โ€ it doesnโ€™t make sense to mark โ€œSales Callโ€ as something that was offered; thatโ€™s why itโ€™s highlighted in red.

Solution: correct the offer field so it matches what actually happened.

  • This triggers an error because key information is missing; it must be completed to avoid the red highlight.

Solution: fill in the required fields to clear the error.

Fix 'Prospecting ๐Ÿ’ธ' Errors

  • You get an error because the date sequence is broken (out of order and days are skipped).

Solution: put dates in strict chronological order with no gaps (e.g., 11/10, 11/11, 11/12), if you didn't work a day, just fill the row with 0s.

  • You get an error because Valid Leads cannot be greater than Assigned Leads.

Solution: adjust the counts so Valid Leads โ‰ค Assigned Leads.

  • Youโ€™ll also see this error due to missing important information; itโ€™s best not to leave anything blank and, if you must, enter 0 when itโ€™s something your team isnโ€™t tracking.

Solution: fill in the empty fields and use 0 when it doesnโ€™t apply or isnโ€™t tracked.

Fix 'Projections ๐Ÿ’ผ' Errors

  • The start date must match the selected frequency: weekly projections must start on the first day of the week, monthly projections on the first day of the month, quarterly projections on the first day of the quarter, and annual projections on the first day of the year.

Solution: adjust Start_Date to the correct date according to the frequency.

  • The most common error is missing data; a projection cannot have empty fields, as it will be flagged as an error.

Solution: complete all required fields without leaving blanks.

  • Another error is that Bare-ass Minimum cannot be greater than the Goal.

Solution: adjust the values so Bare-ass Minimum โ‰ค Goal.

Fixing the Errors in 'Calls_csm ๐Ÿ’ธ'

  • The call cannot be marked as success if it was canceled, and it also shouldnโ€™t have a grade.

Solution: remove success and grade when the status is canceled.

  • This triggers an error because key data is missing; it must be completed to avoid the red highlight.

Solution: fill in the missing data to clear the red highlight.

  • This is an error because if the call is marked as pending, you canโ€™t assign a grade or mark it as success.

Solution: remove success while the status is pending, or update the status when appropriate.
