Understanding LeaderBoards 📊

In certain cases—such as the Calls Sales, Projections, Calls CSM, and Prospecting realms—we include a Leaderboard to highlight top performers. These charts showcase who is achieving the best results with the client and present them in a ranked classification table for easy comparison. For example, in Prospecting, the leaderboard shows who is scheduling the most calls; in Call Sales, it highlights who is generating the highest net revenue or achieving the best closing ratio (%); in Projections, it identifies who is meeting their monthly targets; and in CSM, it displays who is hosting the most successful events.

All leaderboards are based on the most relevant KPIs for each realm, ensuring fair and accurate recognition of performance. Please note that they are month-specific and reset at the beginning of each month, providing a fresh and up-to-date view of current standings.

How to Use It Like a Pro

The Leaderboard is simple to use. First, select the client whose leaderboard you wish to view. Once selected, you can easily see which representatives are performing the best.

(In this example, we are using a client named “X.” In a real scenario, you will see the actual name of your client or team displayed.)

For each specific area, we have carefully chosen the most relevant KPIs. This allows you to quickly identify the top performers on your team, spot those who may need support to improve their ratios, and gain a clear snapshot of overall team performance at a glance.

While the leaderboard provides a simplified and organized view, you can always access the corresponding dashboard for more detailed information. It serves as an excellent tool for recognizing achievements, offering constructive feedback, and fostering healthy competition among team members.
