Glossary of VariablesHow it Works
Each row represents a single expense transaction. Be sure to complete every highlighted column (Client Name, ID, Ad_Source, Date, Adspend, Impressions, Unique Outbound Clicks, and New Unique Leads) to ensure the system records the entry accurately and your marketing reports remain reliable.
The person responsible for marketing must accurately fill in all required fields using the information available from advertising platforms. The only column that should not be edited manually is 🧪ID, as it is generated automatically by the system.
All other columns require accurate input, as they feed into additional sheets that present the data in a clearer, more visual format. This enables the team to make better-informed decisions regarding marketing performance.
To help you fully understand how it works, let’s look at two examples—one correctly filled and one with errors.
