Culture fit for the company/Emotional Intelligence/Awareness/Goals.
Expectations:
Don't try to surprise, be honest / I ask specific questions, so I expect the same.

Group Interviews:
We use a group interview to get context and then a 1v1 interview.
Then we move the best candidates into a hybrid simulation/interview.
We normally ask the following questions:
Work experience in the last 2 years (introduce/sell yourself)
What kind of work/people environment do you thrive in? Do you like ours?
How do you see yourself in 3, 5, or 10 years? Running your own business?
What is your goal? What motivates/excites/moves/satisfies you? Why?
How do you define full-time work (hours/weekends/days)?
What stresses you the most? Are you happy? What is happiness for you?
Are you afraid of something? Insecure? Do you care what other people think? Does it affect you negatively?
Do you travel a lot? Do you party/drink? Do you have free time/leisure? Are you an introvert or an extrovert?
Are you logical OR emotional when making decisions? Do you follow your heart?
Do you trust yourself? Do you control your emotions/thoughts/beliefs? Religion?
High pressure / uncomfortable / self-driven / problem solver? This role is that...
