Filters

All of this terms are defined as filters, so when we are referring to them we must understand that it is a filter and it is going to show us something.

A

Achieved Projections (Filter)

Filters all projections that have been successfully achieved (meaning the Bare-ass minimum was met) and displays the related projection data.

AD_source (filter)

Filters leads based on the advertising source from which they originated.

Affiliate

Filters by the name of the affiliate who collaborates with the business and referred the lead, resulting in a booked sales call with the team.

Affiliates

Filters by affiliates who collaborate with the business and refer leads. Unlike the 'Affiliate' filter, this one displays all affiliates and identifies cases where a lead is associated with more than one affiliate.

Age (filter)

Filters by the age range the person falls into.

Agencies

This filter allows you to segment data by the different agencies you work with. If you’re only working with one agency or not working with any at all, this filter will not impact your view and may not be necessary to use.

All Commissions

Displays all the commissions you are paying to the entire team.

All Customers

View all information related to your customers.

All Entries

View of all the entries of a KPI.

All Expenses (🤝🏢)

View of all your registered expenses.

All Payments

Shows all of the payments the business has received.

All Projections

Displays all set projections, regardless of their status.

All Refunds

Displays a complete list of all processed refunds.

B

by Adspend (🤝🏢)

The view of the total amount of money spent on advertising campaigns (e.g., Meta, Google, YouTube).

by Agency

Allows you to segment data by the different agencies you collaborate with. Useful for tracking commissions and expenses, attributed to each agency.

by Churn Payments

Displays all payments associated with clients who were on a recurring or subscription-based payment plan and either canceled or stopped paying.

by Client

Allows you to segment commissions and expenses paid by the different clients you manage or work with. Helpful in tracking client-specific financial performance.

by Counterparty (🤝🏢)

Breakdown of expenses based on the entities or individuals to whom the business makes payments (e.g., vendors, contractors, platforms).

by Customer_Email

Filters by customer email, allowing you to access all information related to the payments made by each client.

By Day

By Day is a time-based filter that displays a complete, continuous list of dates between a selected start and end date, even if no data has been filled on some of those days. Unlike the Dates filter (which only shows days with existing entries), By Day forces the display of all days in the selected range.

It works best if you force a range date.

by Manager

Allows you to segment commissions and expenses by manager.

by New Payments

Filters by payments made by new clients (first-time transactions).

by Other (🤝🏢)

Displays all uncategorized expenses, grouped under the "Other" category because they don’t fall into core operational categories.

by Salaries (🤝🏢)

Filters by all the salaries paid to employees

by Sales Rep

Allows you to segment commissions and expenses by sales rep.

by Softwares (🤝🏢)

Filters by all the expenses paid on Softwares.

by Split pays Remaining

Filters all clients with outstanding balances who have not yet completed the full agreed-upon payment.

by Type (🤝🏢)

Filters all expenses based on their nature or category (e.g., salaries and wages, software, licenses, ad spend, taxes, etc.)

C

Call/Close Days

Filters based on the number of days between their sales call and the moment they closed.

Channels

Filter by the channel from which the lead made the purchase (e.g., Sales Call, Sales - Direct).

Clients

This filter allows you to segment data by the different clients you manage or work with.

Closer

Filters by Closer

Closers

Filters by Closers. Shows also leads that have more than one Closer associated.

Coached

Shows clients who attended at least one coaching session.

Coaching Times

Displays the total number of coaching sessions clients have completed.

Cold Caller

Filters by Cold Caller.

Cold Callers

Filters by Cold Callers. Shows also leads that have more than one Cold Caller associated.

Commit_Q6

Filters by the lead’s response to the question about their level of commitment on a scale from 1 to 10.

Country

Filters by the country of residence of people.

CSM

Filters by CSM (Customer Success Manager).

CSMs

Filters by CSMs (Customer Success Manager). Shows also leads that have more than one CSM associated.

Customer Journey

Displays the complete interaction history of a specific client, from their first recorded touchpoint to their most recent activity.

D

Dates

A time-based filter that displays only the days where data entries exist. Unlike the By Day filter, it excludes days with no activity or data.

Days

A time-based filter that groups data by day of the week (Monday to Sunday). It aggregates performance across all Mondays, Tuesdays, etc, helping you identify trends based on which days consistently perform better.

Days in Total

Displays the total number of days a client has been an active customer, calculated from the date of their first purchase.

Deals

Filters by the Payment Deal you agreed with the lead (e.g., Full Pay, Split Pay, etc). And shows if one lead has more than one payment deal associated.

Delinquent Clients

Shows clients with overdue or unpaid balances.

E

Email

Filters records based on the email address of individuals. Helpful in identifying and tracking activity tied to a specific person.

F

Failed Projections

Filters projections that were marked as failed because they did not meet the performance standards defined by the Projector.

Frequency

Filters by the periods the projection is measured or reviewed (e.g., Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly).

From Follow-Up?

Filters sales based on whether they resulted from a follow-up interaction or not (Yes/No).

Gender

Filters by the Gender of the person (Male or Female).

Graduated

Filters by the clients who have completed or graduated from the program.

Graduation Days

Filters by the number of days it took clients to graduate from the program.

I

Income

Filters based on the income generated from customers.

Invest_Q8

Filters by the lead’s response to the question about their current investment capacity.

M

Managers

This filter enables you to segment data by different managers.

Medium (Prospecting)

Filters leads based on the channel or method through which they are being contacted or reached out. For example: CTA, social media post, ad, or direct call. Helpful in understanding the source of engagement and optimizing outreach strategies.

Money_Q5

Filters by the lead’s response to the question about their current monthly income.

Month/Year

Displays the month and year associated with the data shown.

Monthly Projections

Displays the established projections every month.

Months

A filter that groups data by calendar month (January to December), combining results. This helps you see which months tend to perform better or worse overall, independent of a specific year.

N

Not-Coached

Filters and displays clients who have not attended any coaching sessions.

Not-Graduated

Filters and displays clients who have not completed or graduated from the program.

Not-Onboarded

Filters clients who haven't completed the onboarding process.

NOT_Filled (filter)

Filters and highlights any entries with missing, incomplete, or incorrectly filled data.

O

Offer (filter)

Filters entries based on the specific offer that was presented to the leads. (Offer #1, Offer #2, Offer #3, Sales Call, etc).

Offers

Filters entries based on the specific offers presented to leads (e.g., Offer #1, Offer #2, Offer #3, Sales Call, etc.). Unlike the standard ‘Offer’ filter, this one also identifies cases where multiple offers were presented to the same lead, giving a broader view of sales interactions and proposal strategies.

Onboarded

Filters clients who have completed the onboarding process.

Onboarding Days

Filters and displays the number of days it takes clients to complete the onboarding process.

Optin/Close Days

Filters by the number of days between when the lead opted in and when they closed as a client.

Optin_all

Filters by all the channels through which the lead opted in. Displays every source where the lead submitted their information, helping you track multi-touch attribution and understand the complete lead journey.

Optin_first

Filters by the first channel the lead used to enter the funnel. It indicates the original source from which the lead opted in (e.g., web form, Instagram, landing page, etc.).

Optin_last

Filters by the last channel the lead used to opt in. It indicates the last source from which the lead opted in (e.g., web form, Instagram, landing page, etc.).

Overdue Projections

Filters all projections whose end date has passed but lack completion data — meaning it’s unclear whether the projection was achieved, failed, or simply not updated.

P

Payment Methods

Filters by the payment methods used by each client (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, Crypto, etc.). It also identifies and shows cases where a Client used multiple payment methods.

Payment Statuses

Filters by the current payment status of each client (e.g., Approved, Refunded). It also identifies cases where a client has multiple statuses, such as both 'Approved' and 'Refunded'.

Payment Types

Filters by the type of payment used by the client (e.g., one-time payment or recurring subscription). It also identifies clients who may have a mix of both types.

Payment_channel

Filters by the origin of the sale — whether it came from a scheduled Sales Call, or a Direct Close where the lead completed the purchase without having a Sales Call linked to them.

Payment_deal

The specific payment agreement was made with the client. There are three types: Full Pay, Split Pay, and Deposit.

Payment_method

Filters by the payment method used by each client (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, Crypto, etc.).

Payment_status

Filters by the current payment status of each client (e.g., Approved, Refunded)

Payment_type

Filters by the type of payment used by the client (e.g., one-time payment or recurring subscription).

Pending Payments

Filters by the number of clients that have (or do not have) pending payments.

Progress Projections

Filters projections that are currently in progress (meaning the end date has not yet occurred).

Projections by Month

Filters projections, grouping them by Month.

Projections by Quarter

Filters projections, grouping them by Quarter.

Projections by Week

Filters projections, grouping them by Week.

Projections by Year

Filters projections, grouping them by Year.

Projector

Filters by Projectors, displaying the names of the individuals responsible for setting the projections.

Q

Quarter/Year

Groups and displays all data according to their corresponding quarter and year.

Quarterly Projections

Displays the established projections every quarter.

Quarters

A filter that organizes data by calendar quarters (Q1 to Q4), displaying aggregated performance across different years. Helpful in identifying seasonal trends and understanding which periods generate the most results.

Reason_Q7

Filters by the lead’s response to the question about the reason for their commitment.

Rep

Filters data by specific sales rep (setter, closer, cold caller, etc).

S

Set_source

Filters by who or what generated the appointment that led to the call (e.g., ad, affiliate, setter, cold caller, VSL).

Set_sources

Filters by who or what generated the appointment that led to the call (e.g., ad, affiliate, setter, cold caller, VSL). Unlike the 'Set_source' filter, this one displays all sources and identifies cases where a lead is associated with more than one source.

Setter

Filters by the setter who booked the call with the lead. Typically, someone who schedules calls through messaging platforms like Instagram Direct Messages, Messenger, or Respond.

Filters by the lead’s response to the question about whether they will attend the call.

Situation_Q4

Filters by the lead’s response to the question regarding their current employment or work situation.

Source (Prospecting)

Filters by the source the prospector is using to reach out to leads.

Status (Calls_sales or Calls_csm)

Filters by the current status of a call (live call, no show, follow-up booked, etc).

Status (Projections)

Filter by the current state of the projection (e.g, Progress, Achieved, Overdue, Failed).

T

Team

Filters by the team or individual team member to whom the projection applies.

Testimony

Filters by the number of clients that have submitted a testimony or not.

Triager (Filter)

Filter by the triager of a lead.

Triagers

Filters by the triagers of a lead. Indicates whether there are leads with more than one triager.

Type (Calls_sales OR Calls_csm)

Filters by the type of calls conducted (Sales Call, Demo, Onboarding, Coaching).

Type (Prospecting)

Filters by the type of prospecting done (Normal or Follow-ups).

U

UTM_campaign

Filters by the name of the campaign that generated the lead. If the lead originated from an ad, this indicates which campaign it was associated with. It identifies the exact campaign.

UTM_content

Filters by the variant of content used that generated the lead (e.g., a specific ad, button, or version of the copy). Useful for A/B testing.

UTM_medium

Filters by the specific medium within the traffic source. Helps clarify how the lead was generated or reached—whether through Instagram Ads, direct messages, YouTube videos, paid ads, or other specific channels within the broader source.

UTM_source

Filters by the main traffic source that generated the lead (e.g., organic, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube). It shows which platform or network the lead came from.

UTM_term

Filters by the sales reps who interacted with the lead.

V

Variable

Filters by the specific metric or value that the projection is aiming to measure or improve. (net revenue, % close ratio, bookings, etc).

VSL?_Q10

Filters by the lead’s response to the pre-call question about whether they watched the video, if applicable.

W

Weekly Projections

Displays the established projections every week.

Weeks

Filters the data by specific weeks where activity or records exist, allowing you to analyze performance on a week-by-week basis.

Y

Yearly Projections

Displays the established projections every year.

Years

Displays data by complete calendar years (e.g., 2024, 2025).
